Le Corbusier is the name given to furniture designed by Charles-Eduard Jeanneret, working with Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret and is immediately recognisable due to its highly artistic design.

Inspired by the sensual curves of eighteenth century day-beds, yet keeping with the traditions of the Bauhaus designers, Le Corbusier Chaise Longue has a modest understated quality relying on efficient use of high quality materials.

The chaise is upholstered in either ponyskin or black leather supported by a chromed tubular steel frame and powder coated steel base. The seat and frame can be moved within this base to alter
the angle of incline.

Corbusier referred to his furniture as equipment for
living of which the chaise was 'the relaxing machine'
