Inside Out worked closely with JDDG International on Dwyer’s Garden Café, and delivered a result that is eye-catching yet functional. Dwyer’s Garden Café is a new Café within an existing Garden Centre and Superstore located in Cork.

The primary objective in the concept development was to bring elements of the exterior inside and to ensure there was an underlying relationship between the café and the garden centre. Given the existing building is a large retail warehousing structure that JDDG adapted ‘industrial chic’ styling and combined this with elements from the garden to ensure the Café has a very strong identity within the existing structure.

Bold patterned fabrics were chosen for the bespoke seating, complemented and accentuated by the Industrial Chairs in a selection of delicate pastel colours. The industrial chairs are a design classic, and the metal fabrication references both industrial chic and customer comfort.

All in all the project was welcomed with zeal and excitement by both customer and client alike.
