centrepoint

Tottenham Court Road, London
Designed by British architect Richard Seifert and built in the heart of the West End, the Centrepoint tower is a display of concrete and glass.
The various distinctive attributes of the grade II listed building contributed to its reputation and recognition as an architectural icon of the 1960s. Since this London landmark accommodates 35 floors of office space; it undoubtedly leaves room for a great showcase of diverse designs. Inside Out was approached to supply contract furniture to refurbish a sophisticated reception space.
Barcelona chairs were selected for their modern shape and opulent style. Originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe for the 1929 International Exhibition, the seats are staples of comfort and elegance. They feature a solid stainless steel frame supporting a Premium Grade leather upholstered seat. The fine lounge chairs were complimented by Barcelona tables whose stainless steel base supports a toughened glass top. Minimalism is a strong statement; the completed result is an uncluttered environment perfectly displaying a chic and clean interior, a perfect contemporary working space.
